Lauderdale Lakes could be described as a suburb of Fort. Lauderdale, it is only in the north-west. It is remarkable in several aspects: the beginning of the first Office Depot in the country is located in Lauderdale Lakes, and is often used by pilgrims office manager. Secondly, it is known for his interesting demographic history. It 'started as a place of retirement from the north-east, but recently many West Indians, especially Jamaicans have moved in (LauderdaleLakes now has one of the highest concentrations of West Indians in Florida). This is an interesting mix Lauderdale Lakes population and a very unique culture.

It can therefore be surprising that my attraction clearly has nothing to do with the Lauderdale Lakes to the Northeast or the West Indies. Instead, I recommend a simple Chinese restaurant. This is one of my favorite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, both for its amazing food and its great prizes.

The Silver Pond Chinese Restaurant is the kind of place you go every opportunity - just for casual informal dining, but the food is so good you want to go for special occasions. The food is predominantly Cantonese, and even though I usually prefer Szechuan and Hunan, when I eat Chinese, Silver Pond craft their dishes so clever that regional stylistic considerations do not matter anymore. Cantonese> The ideal Hunan food is widely known for delicate sauces and dressings, or lighter than Szechwan. My take for meals are as follows: for a first course, try the winter melon soup - pieces of winter melon mix with lots of shrimp, pork, mushrooms and crab meat in a broth base chicken. Winter melon tastes a bit 'like potatoes, but it looks like a translucent cube. As seafood is a bit 'of a house specialty, I advise you to fully exploit the benefits of Silver Pond deWed If you're so inclined, try the steamed whole sea bass, infused with ginger and spring onions (one of the most expensive item on the menu, you pay market price for it). If fish is not your thing, try their Peking duck.

Tin Silver is definitely the best restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes' and is perfect for any occasion, whether an impromptu drop or a special event, complete with booking a limousine from Millennium Limo (a sedan is always a good idea.) Lauderdale Lakesexpected!
